Our President

Nimal Vinayagamoorthy is the founder of Palmyra Homes, a company he started in 2021 to help make homeownership more accessible and to build connected communities. With a passion for housing and real estate, he has focused on creating high quality residential and commercial properties that combine modern design with environmentally friendly building techniques. Palmyra Homes is all about innovation, craftsmanship, and delivering homes that people love.

Mr. Vinayagamoorthy is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and has been a proud member of CPA Ontario for over a decade. He teaches accounting and financial management as a professor at Centennial College and has run his own firm, NLR Accounting and Tax Consulting Inc., for more than 20 years. His experience as a small business consultant has given him a deep appreciation for how small businesses drive the economy, and he brings that knowledge into everything he does.

Mr. Vinayagamoorthy’s interest in real estate started back in 2009 and was a big motivation behind launching Palmyra Homes. He wanted to combine his financial expertise with his love for creating spaces where people can thrive.

Outside of work, Mr. Vinayagamoorthy is passionate about giving back. He has supported many charitable organizations through donations and volunteering, always looking for ways to strengthen the community.
